Fall 2024 Sports Physicals

It is time again to do the paperwork to play a Fall 2023 PIAA Sport (grades 7-12 for the 2024-2025 school year). The Fall sports we sponsor are cheerleading, cross country, football, boys golf (gr. 9-12), soccer & volleyball. You can complete the paperwork 2 ways:

1.  on-line at www.planeths.com 
2. get a packet outside the Attendance/Athletic Office.

You must have a physical to complete the packet. The physical must be dated for May 1, 2024, or later. FREE PHYSCIALS WILL BE GIVEN DURING THE SCHOOL DAY ON THURSDAY, May 30, 2024. PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BE HERE THAT DAY.

If you don’t get a free physical at the school, you will need to get one at your physician’s office or med express location. The first official day of the PIAA Fall Sports season is:

1. Monday, August 5 – Golf & Varsity Football
2. Monday, August 12 – all other sports
